SENIOR ARCHITECT VACANCY

We are looking for a Senior Architect with ± 20 years of working experience, to join a design-focused team.

Here are our main requirements for the job.

  1. Applicantsshould be motivated individuals with excellent technical and contractual
    knowledge and must be proficient in AutoCAD.
  2. Knowledge Experience on BIM/Revit.
  3. Experience is required in construction documentation and developing architectural designs from Concept to Completion Stage.
  4. To bea leader in managing projects, sites, coordination with sub-consultants, and other key consultants. Including Interior Design, MEP, Structures & Landscaping.
  5. To integrate input from the Client, Consultants, Local Authorities into the designs

BIM ARCHITECT VACANCY

We are looking for a BIM Architect to join our dynamic team working on exciting projects throughout the UAE.

Suitable candidates must hold a registered Masters Degree in Architecture With a minimum of 5- 10 years of demonstrable experience working on residential and commercial projects. UAE experience and/or other Middle East experience would be beneficial.

The candidate must have the following attributes:

  1. Collaboration within a team while implementing Best Practice in BIM workflow.
  2. Creatinggeneral Template Views and basic files for BIM modeling.
  3.  Assurance of data accuracy and consistency.
  4. Experience in Revit is essential.
  5. Havesignificant experience in technical drawing and detailing.
  6. Good communication and leadership skills.
  7. Be dynamic, goal orientated and hardworking.
  8. Be able to work effectively in a team.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIT DESIGNER VACANCY

We are looking for a architectural revit designer to join our dynamic team working on exciting projects throughout the UAE.

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 + years of demonstrable experience working on residential and commercial projects. UAE experience and/or other Middle East experience would be beneficial.

The candidate must have the following attributes:

  1. Excellent Revit Skills are essential.
  2. Implementation of BIM, workflow and methodologies.
  3. Assurance that applications are executed according to the Company’s Standards, Codes and Guides/BIM execution plan.
  4. Have significant experience in technical drawing and detailing.
  5. Good communication and leadership skills.
  6. Be dynamic, goal orientated and hardworking.
  7. Beable to work effectively in a team.
