We provide Completion & services to Owners taking over villas, apartments, offices and shops. These services include the provision of detailed snagging lists, with descriptions, locations and photographs of the defects. We also follow up on the re-inspection of rectified defects and provide recommendations in regard to other components peripheral to the handover process.

Our Completions Service includes the completion of the 1 year defects liability inspections after the first year of occupation, and the initial and follow up inspections, with the requisite recommendations for the final handover of the Project.
